Kestrel's being played at milliways_bar by madbonnycaptain, who also plays granny_esme and frankie_frankie.

Kestrel is also the property of the lovely aeire, courtesy of the magnificent webcomic Queen of Wands.

There's a very handy cast page at the website here, as well as an utterly awesome page detailing her canonical backstory at Wikipedia. It doesn't quite match up with actually reading the comic, but it's still very helpful.

Physically, Kestrel is a fairly tall and slender redhead with green eyes. She's 27 years old, from Denver, planning to move to Boston soon. In Millicanon, she was occasionally briefly turned into a cat in November, although that's stopped. The only lasting effect is that she tends to purr a little bit at the edge of hearing when she's very happy, or happy and sleepy.

She's engaged to Darien (qsilver_lab_rat) and Brennan (blackcatbrennan), who are also engaged to each other. They have no idea how or when the wedding will take place. Due to the engagement, she wears Darien's grandmother's engagement ring, and a beautiful torc necklace that Brennan made, decorated with green and brown gemstones, at all times. Even if Brennan's canon insists on calling them "torques."

She has a mild addiction to coffee, and can be quite random at times.

Kestrel is impulsive and eccentric to the point of childishness, when she wants to be. While she is obviously very intelligent, most of the time she prefers to have fun in every way she can. Easily distracted and easily amused, she frequently makes random comments and puts herself (along with Felix and Shannon) in embarrassing situations.
